Daily Workout - Chest - Home Gym
Got a late night Workout in, it almost didn't happen cause I was really tired tonight. So I told myself to just go in and see how things go... next thing I know I'm done my workout! I did do my Elliptical Cardio earlier on in the day which helped me out tonight.
- Warmup: Elliptical.
- Bench Press with Dumbbells.
- Incline Dumbbell Flies.
- 3 Stage Pushups: Planche, Extended, and Regular.
- Abs: Mixed Crunches and Leg Raises.
- Misc. Stretching.
Total workout time: About 1 hour.
