Daily Workout - Chest in Home Gym with Total Gym

Today I woke up with a strange cramp in my hand, it pretty much bothered me all day and still is! It almost feels like tendonitis in my palm but I haven't done any kind of workout or anything that could stress or injure my hand?? I decided to do a workout anyways and it was not a fun one but it got done and my hand feels neither better nor worse...
- Warmup: Eliptical for 10 minutes.
- Bench Press with Total Gym.
- Flies with Total Gym.
- Arm Raise Flies with Total Gym.
- 3 Stage Pushups: Planche, Extended, and Regular.
- Abs: Crunches and Leg Raises.
- Misc. Stretching.
Total workout time: About 1hour.
