Daily Workout - Chest & Back at Fitness World

I dropped by Fitness Word today and got a great Chest and Back workout in. I was planning on doing some Cardio and Abs later in the day but it never happened... That's OK because my chest and back workout was a pretty intense one!
- Bench Press with Straight Bar.
- Inclined Flies with Dumbbells.
- 3 Stage Pushups: Planche, Extended, and Regular.
- Universal Wide Pull Downs.
- Universal Narrow chin-ups.
- Universal Rows.
Total workout time: About 1.25 hours.
