Daily Workout - Upper Body with Total Gym

I'm back home again and I wanted to do another full Upper Body workout today, this time with my Total Gym. I find I if I do everything pretty quickly on the Total Gym I end up getting a really good cardio workout at the same time so I left out the Elliptical this time.

  • Misc. Chest exercises with Total Gyms.
  • Misc. Back exercises with Total Gyms.
  • Misc. Shoulder exercises with Total Gyms.
  • Misc. Arm exercises with Total Gyms.
  • Misc. Ab floor exercises.

Total Workout time: 1.25 hours

Daily Workout - Upper Body in Custom Health Fitness Gym

I have been out of town on business for the last few days in Santa Rosa California. I have been staying at a Holliday Inn but they are under construction and don't have a gym right now so they gave me a pass to an Interesting Gym. The Gym was www.CustomHwalth-Fitness.com and they are a 24 hour card access gym that has access even when there is no staff! Since today was Sunday there was nobody working today, kind of weird! Anyways I did get a full upper body workout with some cardio and abs worked in too.

Daily Workout - Arms at Fitness World

Not too much to report today, only managed to get a quick drop-in Arms workout at Fitness World today...

  • Biceps: Dumbbell Curls Standing - Starting light - 3 sets.
  • Biceps: Universal Curls Standing - 3 sets.
  • Triceps: Universal Machine Extensions - 3 sets.
  • Triceps: Pull Downs with Curl Bar - 3 sets.
  • Triceps: Narrow Triceps pushups.

 Total workout time: About 45 minutes.

Daily Workout - Shoulders at Home Gym

I did a bit of a split workout today. This morning I did my Cardio and Abs and then showered and headed out for some errands. And in the evening I got my Shoulder workout in. Makes it a bit easier sometimes to split it up..

Morning workout:

  • Warmup: Elliptical for 12 Minutes.
  • Abs: Misc Crunches & Leg Raises.

Evening Workout:

  • Shoulder Press with Smith Machine.
  • Barbell Shoulder Flies in Three Positions: Forward, Side, Behind.
  • Upright Row Raises with Pulley.
  • Shoulder Shrugs with Smith Machine Straight Bar.
  • Misc. Stretching.

Total workout time: About 1.25 hours.

Daily Workout - Chest & Back at Fitness World

I dropped by Fitness Word today and got a great Chest and Back workout in. I was planning on doing some Cardio and Abs later in the day but it never happened... That's OK because my chest and back workout was a pretty intense one!

  • Bench Press with Straight Bar.
  • Inclined Flies with Dumbbells.
  • 3 Stage Pushups: Planche, Extended, and Regular.
  • Universal Wide Pull Downs.
  • Universal Narrow chin-ups.
  • Universal Rows.

Total workout time: About 1.25 hours.
