Daily Workout - Chest in Home Gym with Total Gym

Today I woke up with a strange cramp in my hand, it pretty much bothered me all day and still is! It almost feels like tendonitis in my palm but I haven't done any kind of workout or anything that could stress or injure my hand?? I decided to do a workout anyways and it was not a fun one but it got done and my hand feels neither better nor worse...

  • Warmup: Eliptical for 10 minutes.
  • Bench Press with Total Gym.
  • Flies with Total Gym.
  • Arm Raise Flies with Total Gym.
  • 3 Stage Pushups: Planche, Extended, and Regular.
  • Abs: Crunches and Leg Raises.
  • Misc. Stretching.

Total workout time: About 1hour.

Daily Workout - Legs in Home Gym

I was away in Victoria for work related reasons so I was not really able to do any fitness related activities other than a fair bit of walking. Now that I'm back home it's back at it. Today I got in the Gym and did a nice Leg Workout. It's starting to really turn in to fall where I live so I'll have to be careful not to get into hibernation mode :) Over the fall and winter I tend to put on a few pounds but that's OK it helps me stay warm and it's not like I walk around with my shirt off all the time :)

  • Elliptical Warmup - 10 Minutes.
  • Squats with Smith machine.
  • Calf Raises: with Smith machine.
  • Leg Extensions: Bench with leg attachment.
  • Leg Curls: Bench with leg attachment.
  • Misc. lower body stretching.

Total workout time: About 1 hour done in my home gym.

Daily Workout - Shoulders and Arms at Fitness World

I'm probably not going to be able to get to the gym for a couple of days so today I did a bit extra. I went to my local Fitness World and got a full Shoulders and Arms workout in. Afterwards I went home, picked up my wolf-dog and went for a 2 mile Jog. My dog Kiya doesn't get out for jogs with me too often so I think it was harder on him than me :) I ended up pulling him for the last little bit.

  • Shoulder Press with Barbells.
  • Barbell Shoulder Flies in Three Positions: Forward, Side, Behind.
  • Upright Row Raises with Pulley.
  • Shoulder Shrugs with Trap Machine.
  • Went home and did about a two mile jog.

Total workout time: About 1.5 hours.

Daily Workout - Back in Home Gym

I skipped my Elliptical cardio again today, my legs are still felling my last Leg Workout. I hope to get some cardio in tomorrow, maybe even a Jog if the weather isn't too bad.

I did get a nice Back Workout and lower body stretch in today.

  • Wide Bar Pull Downs (In Front of Head).
  • Narrow Bar Pull Downs (In Front of Head).
  • Seated Rows.
  • Abs: Crunches (100).
  • Misc. Stretching

Total workout time: About 1 hour.

Daily Workout - Chest - Home Gym

My legs are really soar today from my last leg workout, not doing a leg workout for a while really showed! So today I passed on my Elliptical warmup to let my legs recuperate a bit. I did get a nice Chest workout in however and finished up with some extra Abs.

  • Warmup: Elliptical.
  • Bench Press with Smith Machine.
  • Incline Dumbbell Press Flies.
  • 3 Stage Pushups: Planche, Extended, and Regular.
  • Abs: Mixed Crunches and Leg Raises.
  • Misc. Stretching.

Total workout time: About 1 hour.
