Daily Workout - Arms at Fitness World
I was out and about today so I dropped by Fitness World on my way home and did an Arms Workout. It was a hot day today and they have some great air conditioning. It sure beat doing arms at home!
- 10 Minutes Elliptical.
- Biceps: Dumbbell Curls.
- Biceps: Seated Preacher Curls.
- Triceps: Overhead Dumbbell Extensions.
- Triceps: Dips.
- Abs: A bunch of Misc. Crunches, Twists and Extensions...
Total workout time: About 1 hour.
