Daily Workout - Arms at Fitness World

I was out and about today so I dropped by Fitness World on my way home and did an Arms Workout. It was a hot day today and they have some great air conditioning. It sure beat doing arms at home!

  • 10 Minutes Elliptical.
  • Biceps: Dumbbell Curls.
  • Biceps: Seated Preacher Curls.
  • Triceps: Overhead Dumbbell Extensions.
  • Triceps: Dips.
  • Abs: A bunch of Misc. Crunches, Twists and Extensions...

Total workout time: About 1 hour.

Daily Workout - Legs at Fitness World

I skipped a day yesterday - while kind of. I shot another YouTube Video that I will be posting in a bit... While making the video I did a pretty good workout showing off the Total Gym and a variety of exercises that I do on the Total Gym.

Today I had to do a few errands in town so I hit my local Fitness World. I do have the equipment I need to do legs at home but Fitness World has a way more!

  • Elliptical Warmup - 12 Minutes.
  • Squats with Squat Machine.
  • Inverted Squats with Squat Machine.
  • Calf Raises with Seated Calf Machine.
  • Leg Extensions with Universal Leg Extension Machine.
  • Leg Curls with Universal Leg Curl Machine.
  • Misc. lower body stretching.
  • Abs: Twists, Crunches and Leg Raises

Total workout time: About 1.25 hours.

Daily Workout - Back - at Fitness World

I know I said I was going to do my workouts this week with my Total Gym but again I found myself having to do a bank visit, and my bank being right beside the Fitness World that I have a membership at it makes it just to convenient! I was also feeling a bit stir crazy and needed to get out for a workout.

Going to the gym gives me the chance to use some equipment I don't have access to at home so I took advantage of this and used some of their universal gear to doe my Back workout.

  • 10 Minutes Elliptical.
  • Universal Wide Pull Downs x 3 Sets.
  • Universal narrow Pull Downs x 3 Sets.
  • Universal Rows x 3 Sets.
  • Abs: Inclined Sit-ups.
  • Misc. Stretching

Total workout time: About 1 hour.

Daily Workout - Arms again at Fitness World

My bank is right beside my Fitness World Gym so it makes for an opertune time to drop by when banking needs to be done.

It brakes up the "in Home" workouts somewhat! As usual I like to start things off with a nice 10 minute warmup, my standard is the tried and true Elliptical but here at Fitness World they have a plethora of cardio gear... Still I like my trusted warmup routine, for me the warmup is just that, a warmup, the faster I get this done the quicker I can get to my main goal - the Strength Workout! I like mixing things up but more so on the weight training side of things. For cardio I'll do the occasional jog but I have to limit jogs or I find I get some joint pain in my legs.

  • 10 Minutes Elliptical.
  • Biceps: Dumbbell Curls.
  • Biceps: Machine Curls.
  • Triceps: Macine Extensions.
  • Triceps: Pull Downs with Triangle Bar.
  • Abs: Side Leg Raises.

Total workout time: About 1 hour.
