Daily Workout - Arms at Fitness World

Not too much to report today, only managed to get a quick drop-in Arms workout at Fitness World today...

  • Biceps: Dumbbell Curls Standing - Starting light - 3 sets.
  • Biceps: Universal Curls Standing - 3 sets.
  • Triceps: Universal Machine Extensions - 3 sets.
  • Triceps: Pull Downs with Curl Bar - 3 sets.
  • Triceps: Narrow Triceps pushups.

 Total workout time: About 45 minutes.

Daily Workout - Shoulders at Home Gym

I did a bit of a split workout today. This morning I did my Cardio and Abs and then showered and headed out for some errands. And in the evening I got my Shoulder workout in. Makes it a bit easier sometimes to split it up..

Morning workout:

  • Warmup: Elliptical for 12 Minutes.
  • Abs: Misc Crunches & Leg Raises.

Evening Workout:

  • Shoulder Press with Smith Machine.
  • Barbell Shoulder Flies in Three Positions: Forward, Side, Behind.
  • Upright Row Raises with Pulley.
  • Shoulder Shrugs with Smith Machine Straight Bar.
  • Misc. Stretching.

Total workout time: About 1.25 hours.

Daily Workout - Chest & Back at Fitness World

I dropped by Fitness Word today and got a great Chest and Back workout in. I was planning on doing some Cardio and Abs later in the day but it never happened... That's OK because my chest and back workout was a pretty intense one!

  • Bench Press with Straight Bar.
  • Inclined Flies with Dumbbells.
  • 3 Stage Pushups: Planche, Extended, and Regular.
  • Universal Wide Pull Downs.
  • Universal Narrow chin-ups.
  • Universal Rows.

Total workout time: About 1.25 hours.

Daily Workout - Arms with Total Gym

I'm back at home and back in my own gym with all my usually gear. Todays workout is the last of my upper body using the Total Gym. My hand is almost back to 100% so it really make the workouts a lot smoother. I just wish I could get rid of my ongoing shoulder pain in my right shoulder. I've had that for almost a year now so I don't think it's going away any time soon. I'm pretty sure it's some torn cartilage as I did it doing some MMA wrestling. Well enough whining for now...
  • 10 Minutes Elliptical.
  • Biceps: Lying Down Curls with Total Gym. (3 Sets with an increase in the incline each time)
  • Biceps: Seated Curls with Total Gym. (2 Sets with a increase in the incline each time)
  • Triceps: Seated Overhead Extension with the Total Gym.
  • Triceps: Lying Down Extension with the Total Gym.
  • Triceps: Rear Extension with the Total Gym.
  • Abs: Forward and Side Twists with Total Gym.

Total workout time: About 1 hour.

Daily Workout - Shoulders at WorldMark

I was away shooting some videos for a new Training Course I am working on with my Mac Video Training business but found some time to get in a quick Shoulder workout at the Time Share I am staying at. The Gym was not too bad and for Shoulders it had everything I needed!
  • Warmup: No time today :(
  • Shoulder Press with Pulley Machine.
  • Pulley Shoulder Flies in Three Positions: Forward, Side, Behind.
  • Upright Row Raises with Pulley Machine.
  • Shoulder Shrugs with Pulley Machine.

Total workout time: About 45 minutes.
