- Biceps: Dumbbell Curls Standing - Starting light - 3 sets.
- Biceps: Universal Curls Standing - 3 sets.
- Triceps: Universal Machine Extensions - 3 sets.
- Triceps: Pull Downs with Curl Bar - 3 sets.
- Triceps: Narrow Triceps pushups.
Total workout time: About 45 minutes.
