Daily Workout - Shoulders at Home Gym
I did a bit of a split workout today. This morning I did my Cardio and Abs and then showered and headed out for some errands. And in the evening I got my Shoulder workout in. Makes it a bit easier sometimes to split it up..
Morning workout:
- Warmup: Elliptical for 12 Minutes.
- Abs: Misc Crunches & Leg Raises.
Evening Workout:
- Shoulder Press with Smith Machine.
- Barbell Shoulder Flies in Three Positions: Forward, Side, Behind.
- Upright Row Raises with Pulley.
- Shoulder Shrugs with Smith Machine Straight Bar.
- Misc. Stretching.
Total workout time: About 1.25 hours.
