Road to the Canadian Nationals 2019 - 1 Week Out
We are going to be starting "Peak Week" tomorrow but to be honest most of the hard work is already done and moving into Peak Week is just really all about making sure to keep the calories low and the exercise high to drop those last couple of pounds. If you need to lose more that a couple more pounds by now it's too late!
In this Road to the Canadian Nationals 2019 - 1 Week Out video I talk about my InBody Body Composition body fat test where I am currently sitting just over 6% body fat. I should be able to take this down to right around 5% by show day, maybe even a bit lower? And as per usual I do have an update of my Physique with some more tanning booth posing.
