Daily Workout - Legs in Home Gym
I'm back to doing legs again but I'm still not 100% comfortable going heavy yet!
- Elliptical Warmup - 10 Minutes.
- Squats with Smith machine (Medium).
- Calf Raises: with Smith machine (Medium).
- Leg Extensions: Bench with leg attachment.
- Leg Curls: Bench with leg attachment.
- Misc. lower body stretching.
Total workout time: About 1 hour done in my home gym.
