Had some fun today playing with my new Insta360 One R 360VR Camera while our walking the dogs! It's like having your own personal camera person tagging along since it shoots video in all direction which you can then pick and choose what subject matter to focus on and even change the zoom in and out. Super cool!
In this personalized review I talk about the Garmin Fenix 5X and why it's now my new Daily Driver. I've used a lot of fitness devices over the years to track my movement, exercise and workouts and over time they have gotten more and more advanced and become extremely sophisticated in terms of how they collect your activity data. Back in the day they only really counted your steps with not even a screen built into them as you had to sync to your smart phone to see the actual data. Now these fitness / Smart Watches are like little mini smart phone on your wrist collecting your activity in a plethora of ways and communicating that data instantly on their own built in screens.
Most of these Smart Fitness Watches communicate much more than just your health data, since they are linked to your Smart Phone they can share a lot of what's going on with your phone, incoming phone calls, texts, calendar events, most notifications you have set on your phone will also be sent to your Smart Fitness Watch if you want it to.
With all that said, after using many of these devices including the popular Apple Watch and Samsung Galaxy Watch I have finally circled back to a Garmin product as the focus with Garmin devices has always been to track your fitness and activity first and foremost. Because of this I feel I get the best and most solid fitness tracking possible when using a Garmin product even if I have to give up a few other bell and whistles a more rounded Smart Watch may offer. I explain this more in the video so make sure to watch it for my Take on the Garmin Fenix 5X and why it's now my new Daily Driver.

1. Don’t use Covid-19 as an excuse not to eat healthy and or get exercise.
2. Understand you will have some limitations, accept those limitations and move on.
3. Have realistic expectations. Depending on what you are able to do. You may have to scale things back a little bit but at least you will not be letting yourself regress much if at all.
4. Make a game plan, what your diet will look like and what your exercise will look like, try and stick to that game plan as much as possible.
5. Use what you have on hand for workouts and exercise. It is more important to workout with intensity and to be consistent with your training over what equipment you are using.
6. You will have some setbacks, emotionally and physically. Get right back on with your game plan as soon as possible and don’t beat yourself up too much over any setbacks you have.
7. Get outside for walks often, rain or shine, dress for the conditions. This will be just as good for your mind as your body.
8. Create some sort of accountability with another person or persons that have similar goals. Touch base with them often to help motivate each other.
9. Try to keep positive, we are going through very troubling times and it is super easy to get drawn into everything emotionally. Remember what you still have, not what you may have lost. Focus on your future and what you can do to improve it.
10. You have the choice on how you get through all of this, how you will end up in the end, are you going to be stronger and in a better place both mentally and physically. Nobody else can do that for you other than yourself.
Just when you thought 2020 couldn't get any worse, we find out that Diarrhea is even more deadly than Covid-19. That's right we now have something even worse than Covid-19 to now be afraid of.
I don't want to alarm anyone since chances are you probably are not going to die from Diarrhea but statistically speaking right around 2 million people will die from Diarrhea this year alone Worldwide and we are currently just under 1.5 million people "classified" as dying from Covid-19 so far in 2020 with about a month left to go.
If you are one of the not so lucky 60 million or so that will expire this year, your death has a 3.3% chance of being Diarrhea related versus 2.5% Covid-19 related. So don't just wear your mask and stay away from everyone, you need to make sure you eat plenty of fiber too or the term "Just for Shits and Giggles" will bring on a whole new meaning!!
This is not meant to be a joke, all of the information above is based on data and facts, if you want to find out more real factual information on how Covid-19 deaths compare to that of other worldwide deaths, then watch my video explaining this and showing that Covid-19 deaths have made zero impact on the projected amount of normal worldwide deaths and what we are seeing in real time now 11 months into the year.
