I talk about some background information most people are probably not aware of in terms of how I went about marketing this training program and I go over the pros and cons to the way I went about selling this program.
At the end of the day I feel I put together a really solid Video Training Program that has a ton of information packed into it and that it addresses the bulk of the issues most people are going through trying to get Healthy and Fit. I'm not sure if the way I marketed it this time around was the way to go for the kind of person I am but it was all a great learning experience and I now have a really awesome product that I will be repackaging in a new format down the road.
