Watch some nice aerial drone footage of a local dog park where my wife and I like to take the boys for a walk... while I talk about the "Three Most Important Steps to Being Successful With Your Health and Fitness Goals".

I figure watching this is a lot better than looking at my big fat head for the next 5 minutes or so...

  1. You Must Want it and You Must Plan for it
  2. Make a Plan You Can Stick to and turn it Into a Routine.
  3. Finish what You Started, You are Going to Fall Down Eventually.
