Wow, it's been over a month now and no real videos! So what have I been up to? I am sure many of us have been a little bit out of sorts with so much going on right now in the world and this has also effected me to some degree but the main reason is I have been working on an Online Health and Fitness Video Training Course.
My Video Training Course is still in development as I want to make sure it has all the right content, that said I want to give everyone a little bit of an idea on what my Video Training Course will consist of.
The main problem I have with my one-on one Online Personal Training is that I can only offer so much of my time to each customer, the amount you pay me has to be relative to the amount of time I can give you. My goal with my Online Video Training Version of my program is that it will have pretty much all of the information I have learned during my Health and Fitness Journey so there will be way more that I can offer you with a much higher value to it.
The reality is most people want the same results, they want to get from point A, where they are today to point B, where they imagine themselves to be. Usually this requires some fat loss combined with strength and mobility improvements resulting in a more esthetic version of your current self. Even people that have already made incredible improvement to their health and fitness often want to take it to the next level.
My Online Video Training Course will show you exactly what you need to do to accomplish these goals without overloading you too much and focusing on what really matters. My Video Training Course will help you figure out the steps you are already doing right and what you need to improve to get to your health and fitness goals as efficiently as possible while fitting a Health and Fitness program into your lifestyle.
