A little over three weeks to go till my BC Championships being held at the Vancouver Pro Am Fitness Show. For the most part I feel pretty good both physically and mentally but at this point in the cut ones mindset can play games with them a little. In this video I talk about how I am feeling and how important it is to continue to progressively overload each workout and what is required to do so.
