Only a few more days till my Victoria Cup Men's Physique Fitness Contest, and today I got to eat some carbs (Some sweet potato and rice cakes).
I talk about some of the foods I am eating and how they change a bit as I get closer to the event, I also drop by my CrossFit Gym to take advantage of their large mirrors and do some posing practice which I show you a bit of. After my posing I did manage to get a second workout in and I am pretty sure it is my last workout till after the Victoria Cup.
