Here is my YouTube video focusing specifically on some of my favorite Chest Exercises using the Total Gym. I find the Total Gym gives me a very quick targeted chest workout and really works some of the hard to get supporting muscles a regular chest workout just can't seem to equal.
I also just finished week three of my "lose a few pounds program" and even though I did not seem to lose much weight again I do feel stronger and a bit leaner and I will take any progress I can get ;)
