Daily Workout - Upper Body with Total Gym

I'm back home again and I wanted to do another full Upper Body workout today, this time with my Total Gym. I find I if I do everything pretty quickly on the Total Gym I end up getting a really good cardio workout at the same time so I left out the Elliptical this time.
- Misc. Chest exercises with Total Gyms.
- Misc. Back exercises with Total Gyms.
- Misc. Shoulder exercises with Total Gyms.
- Misc. Arm exercises with Total Gyms.
- Misc. Ab floor exercises.
Total Workout time: 1.25 hours
