I need to get caught up on my posts, I have been working out over the last several days but I've just been super busy so I haven't posted my workouts. I did manage to get a Chest, Back and Shoulders workout done on my Total Gym and today I am away in Austin Texas on Business but I got a late night Arms workout in even after a Long day of travel.
The Gym here at the Holiday In Express is totally lame but you got to use what you got. I've attached a photo of the said weight system...
