Road to the Canadian Nationals 2019 - 5 Days Out

We are full on in "Peak Week" sitting at 5 days out from the GNC / ALLMAX Canadian National Pro Qualifier in Toronto Ontario Canada and it is getting very real now. Today was my third to last workout day as I stop weight training after Wednesday and will only be getting some walking in mainly after that. The reality is if I'm not where I need to be by Wednesday in terms of conditioning then I missed the boat. I'm feeling really good and right on track to start carbing back up Wednesday evening and up until show day on Saturday.

At the end of this video I have included some video clips from today's weight training session that includes some chest and back exercises for you to get an idea of where I am at right now. I hope to have a Tanning Booth posing video on Wednesday which will be 3 days out from the show so stay posted for that.

Road to the Canadian Nationals 2019 - 1 Week Out

We are going to be starting "Peak Week" tomorrow but to be honest most of the hard work is already done and moving into Peak Week is just really all about making sure to keep the calories low and the exercise high to drop those last couple of pounds. If you need to lose more that a couple more pounds by now it's too late!

In this Road to the Canadian Nationals 2019 - 1 Week Out video I talk about my InBody Body Composition body fat test where I am currently sitting just over 6% body fat. I should be able to take this down to right around 5% by show day, maybe even a bit lower? And as per usual I do have an update of my Physique with some more tanning booth posing.
